Our technicians carry and are trained in the use of advanced and expensive trouble-shooting equipment such as the T-Bird for T-1 testing and certification equipment for data cabling.

We are one of the few local communication companies that employ in-house repair technicians capable of component-level electronics repair. This gives BizComm the unique ability to repair your common control boards and phones ourselves, saving our customers valuable time and money.

BizComm of Central Florida is pleased to offer annual Maintenance Contracts to our preferred customer base. The Maintenance Contract guarantees 24 hour service, 7 days a week for major outages and a 2 hour maximum response time for service emergencies. This not only gives our customers the Peace of Mind of knowing that their needs will be met promptly , but also ensures a fixed cost when budget time comes around.
